Belinda M. Cunningham

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Belinda M. Cunningham oversees the corporate Human Resources function, including the organization's extensive Diversity and Inclusion program, engagement strategies, succession planning, organizational and performance management, and training and development.
Belinda is committed to making GAA an employer of choice and is charged with ensuring the human resources initiatives and strategies are aligned to support the organization's operational success. Understanding the importance of robust, sustainable internal infrastructure, she works closely with leadership to make the Human Resources Department a tactical and strategic partner in achieving the company's business goals.
Belinda leads with an innovative approach that translates the business vision into HR initiatives that strategically work to improve performance, profitability, growth and employee engagement. She is also dedicated to improving diversity and cross-cultural inclusion through recruiting efforts and programs. In addition, she also serves as the Ethical and Social Conscience of the business by ensuring the Company Culture and Core Values remain a priority and are reflected throughout the entire organization.
Bringing more than 20 years of progressive broad-based Human Resources experience to GAA, Belinda specializes in the areas of training and development employment relations and diversity, staff coaching and mentoring, HR policy, process and system designs, workforce planning and development, and employee performance improvement.
Belinda obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Central Michigan University and is a candidate for graduation from Walsh College with a Master of Business Administration. She is also involved in numerous volunteer activities, most of which provide services to high-risk and disadvantaged youth.
