Data Analytics
Through the expert use of Big Data, Data Analytics and Cloud Computing technology, GAA uses a Centralized Systems Management approach that's accountable for the enterprise-wide administration of distributed systems - computer systems, operating systems, etc. - and the integration of floor operations with system-driven execution control technology, including Scanning, Error Proofing, WMS, MRP/ERP and more.
At GAA, systems management is strongly influenced by network management initiatives in floor operations. APM (application performance management) is a KPI for technology solutions that are a vital part of the overall operating execution solution and are a subset of Centralized Systems Management. Maximum productivity and customer satisfaction can be achieved more efficiently through event correlation, system automation and predictive analysis as a part of APM.
Centralized management has a time and effort trade-off that is required for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the IT solutions, the amount of technology being used, the support of the technology (internally and externally) and the adherence of the process itself - and GAA has this mastered.
